WOC long distance trial: Nick and Rosalind on top

The Irish WOC selection races are being held this weekend in association with the Scottish Championships and Jubilee-Five. Yesterday kicked off with a tough long distance. Scott Fraser showed good form to take overall victory just ahead of Hector Haines. Of the Irish, Nick was the fastest around the 15.4 km course followed by Marcus. In the women’s race, Rosalind got the better of Ciara to secure her place for the long distance at WOC.
