WOC 2019 Preview

The 2019 World Orienteering Championships take place next week in Norway.
There are Middle, Long & Relay medals to be won.
2019 sees the reintroduction of a qualification race for the Middle Distance.
Program:
Tuesday 13th August – Middle Qualification (9am)
Wednesday 14th August – Long Final (9am first start for men, 12.30pm first start for women)
Friday 16th August – Middle Final (12.30pm first start for women, 2.45pm first start for men)
Saturday 17th August – Relays (3.20pm women start, 5.30pm men start)

The team leader for WOC is Ruth Lynam and Colm Moran is the reserve for the Men’s team.
