Where to go for Orienteering this Weekend (30th March)

Pine Forest, Dublin

• Parking will be in the Cruagh Wood car park (not Tibradden) and CLOSES AT 4PM
• Don’t forget the clock “Springs Forward” on 30^th March 2014

Orange                   2.4km                     75m                        8 controls
Yellow                    1.5km                     40m                        7 controls (not suitable for buggy’s)

Directions:Cruagh Wood Car Park is situated above Rockbrook on a local third class road linking the R115 (Military Road to Glencree) and the R116 (Glencullen – Rockbrook). Grid Reference for the car park is O 128 225. The event will be signposted from the R115 and R116. Further directions and a history of the area available HERE Car park barrier closes at 4pm after which time a call out fee will apply.

Overflow car parking is on the local road adjacent to the car park so please take appropriate care with passing traffic.

Registration, Start, Finish: Please pre-register at the link above before 9pm on Saturday 29^th March. Payment and registration on the day will be in the car park. If you are bringing a large group please let us know in advance. The start is 500m (5-10 minutes walk) from the car park. The finish is 100m from the car park.

Entry Fees: Adult: €8Junior/Full-time student/ Unwaged/ OAP: €5Family: €20. Note that these prices do not include SI card hire which is extra (€2)

Start times are from 11:00 until 13:00 and courses will close at 15:00 sharp

Tickincor, Co. Waterford

The event will be signposted from the Ferryhouse bridge near Bulmers at the Ferryhouse roundabout on the N24. Start times between 11 and 1, The courses close at 2.30.
