Webinar with Lina Strand – Elite Orienteer

Who is Lina Strand?
Lina Strand (born 1988) is a Swedish orienteering competitor, born in Gothenburg. To get an understanding of the standard Lina operates at, here are a few results – She competed at the 2012 World Orienteering Championships, the middle distance she qualified for the final, where she placed 11th. More recently, at the World Orienteering Championships Lina placed second in the Long Distance in 2019, first in the Sprint Relay in 2017 and third in the Mixed Sprint Relay in 2016.

Strand also has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science (Sports Coaching, University of Gothenburg) and is currently studying pedagogy to become a qualified teacher in special sports.
