Squad Training Weekend – October

There will be a training camp over the NI Champs weekend hosted by FermO in Castle Saunderson (Co. Cavan) 4th-5th October. This will be open to both Junior and Senior athletes- please note all training exercises/ courses will be planned to the highest technical difficulty.

Saturday 4th am- Arrive- NI Champs, Castle Saunderson

Saturday 4th pm- presentations/ workshops conducted by top elite orienteers

Sunday 5th am- training Fermanagh

Depart after lunch

Accommodation will be in Castle Saunderson Scouting Centre and evening meal/ breakfast will be provided.

There is likely to be a small cost associated with this camp but this will be kept to a minimum (approx. £25- you must enter NIOC separately).

There is a limited number of adult beds available- so it will be first come first served– can all adults (parents) that would like accommodation please contact Allan- Please Write NIOC 2014 Adult Accommodation in the subject box of the email.
