Safeguarding Courses on April 19th and 26th
Bookings for Safeguarding courses is now open for 19th April and 26th April. This course is a legal requirement for all parents attending Junior Training and is recommended for all committee members. It is also necessary for Club Children’s Officers and Designated Liaison Officers and for those involved in Schools Orienteering.
The course starts at 6.30pm and finishes at 9.30pm. The cost is €10. There is a reduced price for students of €5. Over 18’s only. Safeguarding workshops are recognised by both Sport Ireland and Sport Northern Ireland. Themes covered are similar although there are some differences in legal requirements.
