Munster Orienteering Championships

19 October 2025

Combaun, Co. Limerick

Bishopstown Orienteering Club welcomes you to the 2025 Munster Championships at Combaun, Co. Limerick. The area consists of coniferous plantations of varying species and maturity. The hills and valleys in the area make for significant undulation across the map. Prominent features include Temple Hill Mountain with a peak of 783 metres, as well as the valleys of the rivers Gearagh and Aherlow. The current map has been fully re-drawn to ISOM 2017-2 by Fionn O’Callaghan from surveys in 2025 by Fionn O’Callaghan, Sean Cotter,  Pat Murphy & Steve Perkins.
