Munster Championships 2016

The 2016 Munster Orienteering Championships, hosted by Bishopstown Orienteering Club, will be held on Sunday Nov 13th at Kilcoran Woods and Moorland in Kilcoran Co. As has become tradition, a cake sale also takes place at the event. Donations of cakes and other treats for the cake sale are welcome and complimentary tea / coffee will be provided. All proceeds from the cake sale are in aid of the junior squad.

Access to the event is easily achieved just off the M8 Dublin / Cork motorway, with the event signposted from Junction 11 on the motorway. Estimated car travel times from Cork’s Jack Lynch Tunnel is about forty minutes, with estimated car travel time from the Red Cow Roundabout in Dublin a little over an hour and a half. After leaving the motorway, continue southwards on the R639 for about 3km.
