August 14th – 20th 2023
HER Outdoors week aims to celebrate and encourage more females to get out and enjoy the benefits of being in the outdoors while bringing visibility to the opportunities for females to get involved in outdoor physical activity.
This week is all about providing more opportunities for all females to escape to the outdoors and try something new.
Orienteering Ireland, in collaboration with our clubs and Local Sports Partnerships have put together a comprehensive list of events around the country, for women and girls to try out.
A number of the events will showcase the MapRun app, whilst others will also have a fun maze for participants to try out.
Lots of fun guaranteed, and new skills learned
