Forward to Finland!

The 2012 World Cup is now over and the thoughts of the Irish squad have turned to the World Champs in Finland next summer. A dedicated trio are spending a week training and sampling the terrain ahead of next summer. Darren Burke and Conor and Ruairi Short made the long trip to Vuokatti.

Yesterday was a middle distance with a strong starting field (mostly Finnish), won by Thierry Gueorgiou. Darren was best of the Irish. Results here.
