Here are some futher details about GEN\'s Urban Sprint event in Kilbogget Park next Saturday, 9th March.
Parking and registration will be in the grounds of Cabinteely Community School. Start and finish areas will be close by in the Park. There will be a cake sale in aid of the Irish Junior Squad in the parking area and we will provide you with a cup of tea or coffee when you finish the race. Bring your own cup where possible.
Maps will be printed on water-resistant paper at a scale of 1:5000 to ISSOM specification. Contour detail not marked
Sportident (SI) timing will be used: SI cards will be available for hire at registration for €2. Please remember to download your SI card at the finish, whether or not you complete your course.
Start times: 14:00 to 16:00; Courses close 17:00
Courses: Short - 2.3 k, all inside the park Medium - 3.2 k Long - 5.2 k, with a mandatory road crossing point
There is no significant climb on any of the courses. Competitors are requested not to cross pitches where matches are in progress.

Entry fees: Adult €8; Junior/student/concession €5
