Parking, Assembly, Registration and Download will be in Tyrrelstown Community Centre, The Start and Finish will be close by There will be 3 Courses availably, all direct line distance. All courses will be of a flat nature and will involve urban and parkland running. Long(circa 6,4km) map scale 1:5000 24 controls Medium(c. 4.2km) map scale 1:5000 18 controls and Short(c. 2.4km) Map scale 1:4000 12 controls
All maps will be on A4 waterproof paper.
