1. Parking, registration and download will be in the car park of Rathcoole Avoca.
2. We are extremely grateful to Avoca for the use of their car car and would ask people to park at the furthest end of the car park from the Avoca building as it will be busy on Sunday
   1. So when turning into Avoca off the R120 drive the 50 metres up to the T junction and turn left and then turn left again as it is one way system
   2. There will be no refreshments provided as people can use the facilities in Avoca (preferably not in muddy gear obviously!)
3. The R120 road between the car park and Rathcoole park is extremely busy and we would ask people to follow the signs to the start and to use the pedestrian crossing.
4. There will be a long and short course. The short will be totally with the park and long will include a neighboring estate
5. Full leg cover is required as there are some brambles in the woodland part of the park.
