| Summary | The Dune are ever changing vegetation wise. This year they have been grazed less intensely and for a shorter period, so they have lost last year's billiard table like appearance and the bracken has started to re-establish itself on the inland side of the dunes, particularly in the western end and to a lesser extent in the furthest eastern fields. So route choice will be more telling and leg protection is recommended because of the marram grass. |
