Carparking for this event will be at Seapoint Rugby Club on Churchview Road. SI rental and the start will be beside the club house. The short course is contained within the park apart from one control which is at an entrance to a local estate. The medium and long courses go through 3 small local estates that have been used in previous events and which have no major busy roads but as always runners need to be aware of estate traffic. The short course can be completed by sticking entirely to paths but has been designed so that people can opt to cross the level grassy parts of the park if they feel confident of their direction Short : 2K Medium : 4.3K Long : 5.7 K
