Parking will be at Seapoint Rugby Club. This cark park serves all users of the park. In the eventuality that it fills up there is a tesco store 200 yards away and there is always some spare capacity there at non peak times such as after 6 on weekdays. The start and Finish will be on the grass behind the recycling bins beside the club house. The Adventure course is entirely within the park confines. The Medium and Long Courses go into the neighboring estates but do not cross any major roads.
