Not the most buggy friendly area because of the sand but a great venue for a family adventure. Starting and finishing in the West most Carpark on the sea front. All courses take in the full length of both beaches. The dunes themselves are more runnable than last time as the bracken has had its seasonal die back. If you are cutting across the dunes watch out for the ever increasing number of rabbit burrows. Please pre enter to help us stop wastage of over printing of maps. There will however be a few extra maps printed for those who turn up on the day. High Tide is around 11.30am
