Start and finish in park adjacent to Duffry carpark. S 969 401 Long, medium long, medium short and short courses will be available. Long and Medium long maps printed on waterproof paper from BML No physical controls out but full Maprun events and protocol. Long course: 5.0 km (direct length, add 33%) Climb not measured but it is hilly. Medium long course: 3.8 km Medium short course: 2.2km (some controls in the town, suitable for juniors under supervision crossing roads) Short course 1.2 km (suitable for younger children, does not cross any main roads, makes use of local housing areas and green spaces) Register to ensure hard copy of maps provided.
