Dungarvan is an urban area with busy traffic on a Sunday adjacent to the main churches. We will use Maprun on this occasion with printed waterproof maps provided at registration. There will be a 5 euro fee to cover printing maps and event registration. Juniors under 16 may participate but must be shadowed by an adult. Long course 5.3 km (straight line distance x 33% = 7 km) Medium long course (3.5 km x 33% = 4.7 km, suited for less experienced and Park runners) Medium short (3.1 km x 33% = 4.2km, more technical) |
