DCU and Albert College Park

This is a scatter type event - aimed to introduce  third level students to the sport of orienteering, but is open to everyone. Both Albert College Park and DCU campus will be used. Registration and start will be in the park. There will be 3 courses   Long -any 18 out of 20 controls, Medium-any 13, Short-any 8. There will be a mass start for everyone at 12pm. It would be preferable if participants could enter on line as we may not have enough maps on the day.   Parking is very limited in Albert College Park, and the small car park is usually full by 11am. There is some parking on the main Ballymun road, but there is a multi-story car park in DCU, accessible from Collins Ave. Several bus routes go by DCU on the Ballymun Road- E1, E2, 9 and 19. The 44 goes into the campus, via Drumcondra. The N6 stops on Collins Ave.
