Summary	Pleasant runnable forest with paths & roads. Generally good visibility & going though there are some steep slopes which are slippy after recent rainfall.
Notes	************* COURSE INFO Blue Course: 6.5km, 22C, 315m climb Light Green Course: 4.6km, 16C, 195m climb Orange Course: 3.5km, 13C, 135m climb Yellow Course: 2.6km, 9C, 100m climb Due to recent weather conditions, tree-felling activity & condition of certain tracks unfortunately the courses are not buggy friendly. *********** DIRECTIONS Curragh Wood is just 3km from Midleton on the road to Lisgoold. Note on travel from Cork: Proceed to Midleton and ideally turn at the sign for Waterock just as the Midleton slipway is signed. Care required both in turning and on the narrow windy road! If you miss this, simply proceed to Midleton and take the first exit for Midleton off the N25 dual carriageway and then turn left at the first set of traffic lights. This takes you around the northern relief road to the main Midleton - Lisgoold road. ********** PARKING Please note there is limited space in the car park and once this fills parking will be on a busy road. So please park on the left side only and keep close to the wood, take care while walking on the road and also be attentive when leaving after the event. As always, we'd encourage you to car pool if you can. Hope you can join us.
