For the first time in Living memory ( that is , if you were born after 1983 and were gifted with good memory) we are running around the grounds of the castle itself, it will be a memorable treat. For those of you who were there during last years (bad weather) event may note a bit more run-ability in the plantation areas and a few map changes. For the Blue and Brown routes the long strand dunes are included (note: the horses are back in the eastern most field, it's crossable but obviously avoid the horses where possible) For first time orienteers the yellow course is ideal, buggy friendly and all on paths (but expect a rough path or two). The Orange course needs a little map reading ability but is also suitable for beginners but it does cross a quiet public road twice and is largely buggy friendly a little more. Yellow and orange would be suitable for family groups.
