Regular colour coded event.

Brown 8.0km, 150m climb, 27 controls

Blue 6.9km, 130m climb, 22 controls

Green 5.5km, 120m climb, 17 controls

Short green 4.0km, 15 controls

Brown to short green courses visit the quarry area of the map.

Light green 4.0km, 80m climb, 17 controls

Red 4.6km, 17 controls (suitable for trial runners and scouts)

Orange 2.7 km, 15  controls (suitable for cubs)

Yellow 1.9km, 10 controls

Printed on waterproof paper by BML.

All controls will be SIAC enabled. Please remember to start your SIAC card using the check before you set off. Punch start and finish.

Registration at tent adjacent to finish.

Tent and registration  on  the way to the start from the car park.

Toilets at the Discovery park centre.

Breakfast available at the Jarrow cafe from 10 to 11.30

Start 50 metres from registration tent.

If registered please go direct to start.

There will be  a Donations basket on the day in aid of Irish  Kidney Association. Any additional monies left over after expenditure from entry fees will be donated by  the club to the charity also.

This event will be held in memory of Nigel Pim who died in January 2021.
