Longer courses have a timed out crossing. Short does not cross the main road. Medium long more suited to scouts and park runners with litle experience. Medium slightly shorter but more route choice. Courses more sprint length with long optimun distance around 5km. Parking at the castle. Toilets at carpark. Scale 1 to 4000. Newly mapped and printed on waterproof paper. |
