cOvidchallenge Rules

The Challenge : Put Orienteering on the Map!
Timescale: 22nd Oct to 30th November 2020.
How? Run, walk, cycle, roll or jog the letters of orienteering, individually and track using a GPS app on your phone or watch.
Let the World know! Share your activity and photos on social media and use the #cOvidchallenge #orienteering tags. Tag the Irish orienteering association social media channels so we can share your fun!
Your tracked letter can be as long or as short as you like, do it your way. 😊🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The competition is open to residents of Ireland and must be completed according to the government regulations for Covid which can be found at .

Spot prizes will be randomly selected each week for individual letter submissions and can be made by tagging Irish Orienteering Association social media channels on Instagram, Facebook or twitter. These prizes will be awarded on the Sunday of each week.

Further prizes will be awarded for completing the full challenge ie. all twelve letters of orienteering (no repeats, we need three separate E’s etc.) by the 30th November. These entries must be entered via this google form.
Due to the restrictions of google forms, a maximum of ten letters can be submitted per form, so you will have to submit twice to complete all twelve letters.

Get out and enjoy the freedom of the outdoors!
