Thoughts on WOC2019
I missed WOC last year as I was living in New Zealand. Before that I’d run every year since 2013, but I’m glad to have a had a year off to sort of reset psychologically. I’m feeling fit and I’ve spent heaps of time in the terrain over the summer so I think I’m really well prepared.
