In very hotly contested races, won by tight margins by Tove Alexandersson and Olav Lundanes again the Irish were:

This evening were running the relay. Women kick off first at 15:20 Irish time. Running order is Niamh, Aoife and Roisin. The Men start at 17:30 with the order being Nick, Conor, Ruairi.
