Middle distance vlog will be up shortly:  https://youtu.be/51pNrtB3rR4

Many thanks for all the best wishes. The middle today was in a tough forest, with everything from vague open forest to dense detailed green.

Results were as follows:

15 Nicolas Simonin Ireland Men 2 11:03:00 29:47 (15) 04:58
23 Ruairi Short Ireland Men 1 10:07:00 33:00 (23) 08:40
23 Aoife McCavana Ireland Women 2 10:46:00 39:37 (23) 10:21
26 Niamh Corbett Ireland Women 3 10:22:00 42:32 (26) 13:47
28 Roisin Long Ireland Women 1 10:18:00 45:18 (28) 16:19
32 Conor Short Ireland Men 3 10:47:00 35:22 (32) 10:01

Which means Aoife and Nick will be running the Middle final on Friday.

Tomorrow is the long. Start times are as follows (Irish time) (changed since the video):
Ruairi: 9:54
Niamh: 12:34

After some weirdness with start times the long went off without a hitch. Niamh and myself were both pretty pleased coming 59th (2:02:19, 53:19) and 58th (2:05:29, 35:20) respectively behind impressive winners in Tove Alexandersson and Olav Lundanes.
Tomorrow is a rest day so not as much spectator interest but we\'re back racing again on Friday afternoon.

Vlog will be up first thing in the morning as it got a bit late due to the afternoon being a bit of a write-off!
