Heading into the autumn, SHI 2022 is in the south of England on 5th/6th November.

We hope to send a full team of

6 each M21 & W21
%0D%0A
3 each M20 & W20
%0D%0A
We have good expressions of interest so far - but having said that we have space for some more W21s. If you're interested in running (you can run up to W21 if you're older......) please let me know this week.
