Hi from the team at WOC.
Yesterday was the Sprint Qualification. In general the team was happy with the performance, though nothing spectacular. Nick qualified for the final in 15th place knocking out Andrey Khramov, a former WOC Sprint gold medalist in the process. He starts at 15:52 Estonian time today (which is 13:52 Irish time if I have worked it out correctly).

I\'ve been trying to do a little video diary to give an insight into the team and we we do on these trips. I can tell you the production quality is low!  https://youtu.be/w_C4-eVJd4k

Hopefully I can keep doing this for the next few days. I have been a bit ill so my enthuiasm level is a bit low! If you have any requests or questions let us know and we will try to answer them.

Sprint Final Day will be at:  https://youtu.be/a0v42v3ofDw
I\'m leaving it to upload while I go to bed!

Nick finished up in 39th place.

We have no sprint relay team for tomorrow, as there is only one female here and we need two for a team. As a result the sprint team is finished and they are handing over to the forest team for the week.

No video update today. As we didn\'t have a team for the sprint relay, won by Sweden, we did various forms of training. Tomorrow is another \"rest\" day before the long on Tuesday.

I should have a video tomorrow afternoon/evening.

Next up, we prepare for the Long:  https://youtu.be/pTh7og1CWUU
Again, this is uploading while I sleep!

I start at 13:05 and Conor at 13:33 (I say 35 in the video!) Estonian time (subract 2 hours for Irish time) tomorrow. We have 17k in what is going to be very green forest.

Long Update: https://youtu.be/jGt1ThHIQqw
I think a curse crept into a post race interview that I forgot to bleep.

Tired bodies after today. Long and tough it was. Conor finished 53rd and myself 59th.
Tomorrow is more final preperations before the middle distance.
