Long course 21 controls 5.6 km (straight line distance)
Medium Short 14 controls 3.7 km (more technical)
Medium long 15 controls 3.8 km (less technical)
Short 14 controls 2.3 km
The map has recently been updated and extended to the west. The maps will be printed on waterproof paper.
Start and finish adjacent to the Dungarvan Sports Centre. Starts 10 to 12.
Make sure you have the latest version (7.3.2) of MapRun downloaded to your phone. A bumbag to carry your phone is a good idea. I will send course links nearer the event.
Gorey (Feb 11th), Kilkenny (March 24th) and Waterford (May 19th) will be the remaining standard events.
