I notice that the handicap requirements for IOC relay teams are listed as 6 - 11, 12 - 17, etc. Should the requirements not be stated as follows:
H6 - Minimum of 6 handicap points
H12 - Minimum of 12 handicap points
etc.
With the current approach, it means that a team with say 14 points cannot, if they so wish, compete in H6, etc.
