This Sunday (11 May) there is orienteering on a brand new map at Cloon (near Glencree), in Wicklow.

The terrain presents a diverse mix of forest types: young, runnable oak forest; mature commercial spruce plantation; and recently clearfelled areas.

There is a full range of courses including a Short Green.

The usual entry price is increased to €12 for an adult , the cost of providing toilets has contributed to this , I hope you think the new map and the toilets are worth the extra €4.

We expect the good weather to hold. 

Please enter early, it makes life easier for the organisers. There will be some entry on the day maps but we can't guarantee this.
