Angus,
I see that the Short Green is at the lower start (with Orange and Yellow). Does this mean it is a different area from the Green and is possibly easier !!

Hi Áine, I don't know if Angus will see this in time to reply before tomorrow, but from my looking at the map, I believe that Short Green will be in the area previously used by Yellow and Orange in 2016. This is the forest down near, and around the 'hostel', on the north side of the forest road. Look at the RouteGadget courses for those courses at the 2016 event.

Thanks Paul for jumping in with repky 👍
Short Green is a forest course which is physically and technically easier (TD 4) than the open mountain courses.
There are car loads split between the 2 areas. So we will be relying on other's to give lifts to and from upper start so their car can be left near registratiin and lower start.
Also red course competitors should seek a lift (or walk/run the 2km)to upper start as you finish at the lower area.
Results are uploaded. Routegadget as well. I thought it would default to the one start and finish for all courses, but it seems to have accepted the 2 starts and 3 finishes.
Thanks for sorting yourselves out with the logistics of the 2 competition areas and the drive to and from the upper start.
