Google map directions have been updated on the website.

This link should be better

Don't follow previous link.

Carrying of Cagoules/Jackets may be required. Final decision at 10am.

Either way, Whistles are required.

Safe travels and see you tomorrow.

Congratulations to all today's Leinster Champions and Category winners. Many prizes weren't collected due to the bad weather. Prizes can be collected by winners at the next Leinster League event on 8th October or the Munster Championships on the 22nd October.

super event / map and clearly an inordinately major effort for everyone given the weather conditions that persisted since last Thursday night. Well done and thanks to all the Setanta Team and to Mary for Controlling.

To tie up some loose ends.

Very challenging conditions for both competitors and volunteers. But there was a sense of achievement and satisfaction from both sides. While the maps were waterproof, the decision to bag them was made after my early run. The bagging was completed just before the first start.

Results were uploaded to Orienteering Ireland website at about 4pm on the day. They have since been uploaded to Winspilts sorted by course. Please upload your route to routegadget.

Prizewinners. We didn't hold a prizegiving, but many lovely mugs were handed out. The full list of prizewinners are listed on the LOC webpage. Top 2 or 3 of the larger senior classes were awarded prizes. Please collect or arrange to have collected at the Leinster League event at Carlingford or the Munster Champs.

I believe the last of the controls are being collected today.
