The next Leinster League event will take place at Carnawaddy Mountain, Co. Louth on Sunday 13th October.
Start times will be from 11am until 1pm. All the usual League colour courses will be on offer. Provisional details are as follows:
Brown 8.2km 23 controls
Blue 7.2km 20 controls
Green 4.3km 15 controls
Lt. Green 3.3km 12 controls
Orange 1.9km 10 controls
Red 3.3km 12 controls
Yellow 1.5km 9 controls
Climb details will be advised later but, note that the area is significantly steep, so climb might be considerable.
There will be a 400m walk to the Start, up a steep 90 metre climb. It should also be noted that Carnawaddy is an exposed
area, so a whistle and cagoule may be required on the day.
Car parking will be on the roadside, just to the north of the "Long Woman's Grave". It will be signed posted from the R173,
near Lordship and also at Omeath village. There will be a portaloo toilet available.
Online entry will be available up to 1800hrs on the 12th, so we would ask as many as possible to enter by that system.
