The extended bank holiday weekend comprises:
- Thursday 1 May. Urban event at Ballymena
- Friday 2 May: Irish Sprint Champs at Ulster University Coleraine
- Saturday 3 May: Irish Middle Distance Champs at Magilligan
- Sunday 4 May: Irish Long Distance Champs at Magilligan
- Monday 5 May: Irish Relays at Magilligan
Note that the 3 events at Magilligan will be using different terrain. Particularly for the Middle and Long Distance events, colour coded courses are available as an alternative to championship courses.
