IOC entries close this Sunday (14th) for the Individual days. That is , Sprint (Maynooth), Middle and Long Distance.

I don't know if it is midday or midnight on the 14th that the close is, but best not leave it to Midnight.

It's midnight.
I think most clubs have already entered their relay teams but for any who are less organised, entries close at midnight tomorrow.
Some of of the teams seem to have "holding" names rather than the fun team names that we are used to. I would ask these team managers to consider going back and amend their entries, letting loose with their imagination.
