As an orienteer you have the skills and experience needed to enjoy the sport, would you like to learn how to instruct others in orienteering ?
A Basic Instructor Level 1 course is scheduled for Saturday/Sunday 1st and 2nd April in south Co Dublin.
By being an instructor you can:
- help newcomers in your club
- help newcomers at your club's orienteering events;
- advance club orienteering skills
- get involved in sporting campaigns
- run orienteering activities for newcomers
Over a period of two days (1st and 2nd April) you will develop a wealth of knowledge - and have great opportunities to put into practice your new found instructing skills under the expert tuition of our Orienteering Ireland tutors.
