Pre-entry has opened for the upcoming Spring Leinster League event at Fauna Wood on Sunday, 12th March, and will close again on Friday, March 10th at 23.00pm. Fauna Wood is in West Wicklow, south of the village of Donard and near the Glen of Imaal, grid reference: S 933951. It is a typical Wicklow forest and is similar to some of the forests where the Irish Championships will take place. This forest is very runnable in places, with a few rough patches, and there are plenty of forest roads. Start times will be between 11am-1pm. Seven courses will be available, and provisional course lengths are as follows; Brown-9km, Blue- 7km, Green- 4.6km, Light Green -3.4km, Red- 4.8km, Orange-3.5km, Yellow-2.2km. SIAC will be enabled. This event will be signposted from the N81 at the turnoff for Donard at the Old Tollhouse.
