IOC2022 – Relay Guideline 4: Irish Relay Championships G4.13 Seeding. To avoid any confusion in relation to the Relay competition at IOC2022: Due to the lack of relevant  competition over the last two years there will be no seeding of teams.  Lap /course combinations will be determined by random lottery co-ordinated by the event organiser. This will apply for this year with a return to seeding next year.
