At WOC the attention now moves to the forest. Conor and Ruairi on the Long on Tuesday.
Well done to our sprint team and in particular to Nic. Another WOC final - great achievement.
Also representing Ireland will be our JWOC team. The Junior World Championships are being held in Tampere in Finland. 
A Team of six athletes and support team of four are departing for Finland Wednesday this week.
